Consolidated Analytics and Sagent Expand Dara Claims Partnership
Expanding our partnership with Consolidated Analytics and integrating Dara Claims into their operations was a huge initiative this year. Paired with Consolidated Analytics’ Loss Analysis services, which uncover root causes and drive process improvements, this integration strengthens post-default servicing with transparency, accountability, and measurable ROI.
The launch of the Dara Attorney Portal (as an addition to Dara Default) was a gamechanger for both law firms and mortgage servicers looking for a centralized platform to manage foreclosure and default processes. With a shared, intuitive interface and real-time data document management, and messaging, servicers can reduce costs and improve attorney user experience during the default lifecycle, delivering faster solutions for the homeowners they serve.
Sagent and LERETA Partner
Part of Sagent’s Partner Program, LERETA is streamlining operations by connecting servicers to providers that align with their growing business needs. The integrated capabilities will provide Sagent customers with the tools to manage tax and flood responsibilities more effectively.

The Idaho Housing and Finance Association partnership was a first-to-market implementation of Sagent’s Dara Claims platform powered by VAT-MS Cloud Claims®. With less than 60 days to complete, the platform automates claims to reduce operational costs, helping IHFA recover more servicing expenses and reinvest in affordable housing programs.
Dara Invoice Ends Manual Processing in Default Servicing
Dara Invoice is simplifying the management of invoices between servicers and their partners for default counsel, title, property preservation, and other providers they rely on for default servicing. Within a unified platform, Dara Invoice offers intelligent capabilities that eclipse today’s antiquated combination of email, spreadsheets, and PDFs.
Verituity and Sagent Partner
The partnership between Sagent and Verituity equips servicers to move beyond legacy check-based systems and adopt modern, scalable payment rails that improve efficiency, security, and borrower experience.
