Here’s to our 2025 Sagent Standouts!
Lyndsay Long – Senior Business Analyst
Born and raised in Colorado, Lyndsay Long is most motivated by the opportunity to take on new challenges every day and work closely with her team to solve problems that require dynamic solutions. She is relentlessly focused on equipping servicers and borrowers with better homeownership experiences. Above all else, what she finds most motivating is the diverse and experienced team at Sagent, who are all united behind our mission to revolutionize the servicing industry.
Ryan Zimmerman – Director of Product Management
Dedicated to expanding his knowledge and insights, Ryan Zimmerman joined Sagent nearly five years ago to support the build of Dara’s Loss Mitigation function – and he hasn’t slowed down since. Ryan leads four product teams and seven delivery teams as he works to transform the mortgage industry with innovation at the forefront. A former digital nomad and lifetime travel aficionado, Ryan is prepared to face any challenge and embraces the privilege of being a leader and mentor to those around him.
John Marquardt – Manager, Specialty Support Team (Alumni)
Over the past 40+ years, John Marquardt has served as a dedicated problem solver for clients across the fintech industry. From early-morning system fixes to multi-team management, John has seen it all, which is why when Dara was launched, he was ready to begin a new era to close out his Sagent/mortgage industry career. Being part of a collaborative, client-focused team has been a highlight of John’s experience at Sagent (only second to meeting his wife at his first mortgage company job)! Congratulations, John, on your retirement this year!
Cynthia Treadwell – General Counsel
Who can say that they’ve seen almost every aspect of finance and banking law? Well, our General Counsel, Cynthia Treadwell takes the lead on this, with roles/experience including runner, administrator, paralegal, associate attorney, partner, and in-house counsel. Cynthia and her small-but-mighty team handle contracts, corporate governance, employment law, risk management, litigation, regulatory matters, and intellectual property. Always focused on Sagent’s business priorities, Cynthia never takes no for answer and is always looking for practical solutions to complex problems.
Suresh V – Vice President of Architecture
Suresh V, born and raised in Chennai, India, channels his father’s guidance in patience and perseverance when working on the build of the first cloud-based servicing platform from scratch, Dara. Suresh knows that legacy systems can deliver subpar results and poor customer experiences. That is why he is excited to be a part of Sagent’s mission to put homeowners first and create a frictionless servicing platform for all stakeholders.
Kevin Marek – Training & Advisory Services Manager
After graduating from college, Kevin Marek joined Fiserv as a business analyst – but little did he know 23 years later he would still be with the company, now known as Sagent. Kevin has seen the company evolve from operating mainframe systems to building cutting-edge cloud-native platforms. As Training & Advisory Services Manager, he leads initiatives to ensure customers get the most out of Sagent products. For Kevin, Sagent’s most exciting chapter is still ahead.
Charity Kittrell – Director of Vendor Management
A twenty-five-year veteran in the procurement and vendor management industry, Charity Kittrell feels her role at Sagent is the perfect fit for her diverse skill set. A highly skilled utility player, Charity has built Sagent’s Vendor Risk Program from the ground up. Like Sagent, Charity is committed to helping people achieve their homeownership goals, which is why she gives back to community organizations like Habitat for Humanity and One Wake.
We are so proud to have such a dedicated team filled with incredible leaders – and the people mentioned above are just a sampling of those who drive greatness for our industry. These folks are a true testament to delivering on our mission and vision and we couldn’t be prouder to call them colleagues. They are the reasons we can continue innovating and advancing the future of servicing. Let’s give them a huge round of applause for all their hard work and effort.
