Monika was responsible for managing default functions at a large bank during the 2008-2011 financial crisis, teaching her the importance of proactive and personalized customer service and that as a leader it is crucial to question everything, from well-established workflows to entrenched tech stacks, to ensure that innovation is targeted, impactful, and keeps the housing economy safe, the way that Dara does.
