Arasi’s Revolutionary Role at Sagent | India
Seasoned tech pro Arasi joined Sagent with 20+ years of experience, including mortgage servicing. Within 18 months of joining Team Sagent, Arasi helped grow the team by 200%, all while delivering the mortgage products of the future to customers.
Arasi is an integral part of Dara, the first mortgage software platform to unify all data and user experiences for servicers and homeowners across the entire servicing lifecycle. She used her extensive knowledge of cloud-based API and end-to-end product development, both integral pieces of Dara, to ensure the revolutionary product was ready for launch.
Arasi’s Resilient and Optimistic Nature
Arasi is a one-of-kind engineering leader who is always looking to take on the next challenge and overcome it with actionable solutions that create better outcomes for her team and the industry.
When asked how Arasi overcomes challenges unique to being a woman in the tech industry, she said:
