Bonnie joined us in 2023 ready to take on the challenge of managing accounting for a rapidly growing company (yep, that’s us!) that is modernizing the mortgage servicing ecosystem like none have before. Since joining Sagent, Bonnie has shown her expertise by optimizing financial operations, driving improved risk management processes, and building, leading, and mentoring a team of skilled financial experts who help us push forward on our mission to transform America’s $14 trillion mortgage servicing ecosystem.
Bonnie’s experience managing global accounting operations and developing working capital management plans has enabled her to optimize Sagent’s financial operations and treasury functions efficiently and effectively, decreasing risk, promoting efficiency, and increasing income.

Under Bonnie’s remarkable leadership, Sagent’s Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) dropped from 47 days to 33 days in only 12 months.
