MBA Servicing Recap
MBA Servicing 2025 brought the heat (let’s call it wasabi) with all the super-relevant industry players who attended this year’s conference. We loved connecting with you all on the show floor at our booth, giving you a glimpse inside our next-gen platform Dara, and of course, handing out our awesome SWAG + prizes. Plus, our Sushi + Sake event was eel-letric with specialty cocktails (did someone say Loan Fashioned??), spicy tuna rolls, life-changing wontons, and more. Events like these always come and go too quickly, but we already know that the next one will be here before we know it. Until then!

It’s been exciting to deliver new features, deeper connectivity, and unified experiences throughout Dara this quarter — with many thanks to our customers who are collaborating to make it successful. Several components of Dara are in the market now, with even more exciting milestones to come in the next few weeks and months. Check it out:
- Dara Loss Mitigation is in pilot.
- Dara AI Docs pilot begins soon.
- Dara Attorney Portal is in pilot with beta attorneys, full launch soon.
- Dara Claims has been implemented by Consolidated Analytics.
- Dara Core is in the final stages of “version 1” build path.

LoanServ
Sagent delivered over 50 feature changes for LoanServ that drive continued relevance to servicers in the U.S. and Canada! These changes accomplish what we are always striving for our customers: less labor, better reporting, and reduced risk and effort. Here are a few highlights:
- Added loan alert when you have an active promise plan, adding new history entries for variations of breaking or keeping promises, and added an optional data file to help you drive deeper analysis of this key function in early delinquency management!
- Updated default reporting codes for FannieMae, Freddie Mac, HUD, and USDA which results in less manual work to report early and late-stage delinquency actions.
- More data to use when processing partial claims so you can reduce risk by tracking total claims. We also added that data to the dataset generated during a servicing transfer, this eliminates manual work (and the risk) for separate tracking.
