She has been an integral and collaborative leader through the development, launch, and implementation of Dara—the first-of-its-kind end-to-end servicing platform that delivers real-time data and a unified user experience for servicers to provide a superior experience for their customers throughout the entire loan lifecycle.
Priya’s motto is that “nothing is too difficult.” She is always there to assist customers and support her team through solving even the most difficult problems. She is known for her ability to reframe challenges and strategically address them with high-impact, scalable solutions that create positive outcomes for our customers — a main priority of her’s as she is constantly improving processes to better serve our industry.
Priya consistently advocates for Sagent customers and leads with integrity, and does this with determination, a positive spirit, and passion for modernizing servicing.
In addition to her relentless efforts of innovation (yes there’s more), she takes it upon herself to collaborate and mentor women across the industry, helping to increase inclusivity and diversity. As a transplant from Trinidad and Tobago, she knows first-hand how to overcome challenges, finding ways to meet and exceed career goals. She knows the importance of helping others grow and flourish in their positions, and constantly finds ways to inspire and empower others to be the best versions of themselves.

Although she plays such a critical role in operationalizing Dara, Priya also oversees the ongoing innovation of Sagent’s other platforms, including LoanServ, TEMPO, and CARE. Her dedication to improving the Sagent tech stack speaks to her relentless focus on tech advancements and quality.
