Bart Bailey (VP, Product Management) is relentlessly determined to deliver the best technology for servicers and homeowners, supporting Sagent’s mission to fundamentally change the dynamics of the servicing industry. And when we heard he was chosen as a winner of this year’s 2024 HousingWire Tech Trendsetters award, we were beyond thrilled and know how deserving he is of this recognition.
HousingWire notes that those who are awarded this achievement are “the most impactful and innovative technology leaders serving the housing economy,” and honestly, Bart checks all those boxes (and then some) when helping us meet our collective goal of servicing modernization.
Bart’s Commitment to Drive Innovation
Bart joined Sagent in 2023 with nearly 30 years of experience, and since his start he has been a critical force behind the organization’s first-of-its-kind single servicing solution, Dara. This includes jumping headfirst into building Dara’s Loss Mitigation component, ensuring it was ready for launch in early 2024.
When developing Dara, Bart recognized how homeowners were used to an all-digital experience throughout the origination process, but once they arrived at servicing everything was antiquated and disjointed. That’s where his expert product vision played a pivotal role helping ensure that Dara provides homeowners with transparency throughout the process with digitized files, automation etc., resulting in happy customers (both homeowners and servicers).
