Priya’s Commitment to Excellence
At Sagent, Priya has been instrumental in improving processes to deliver the best product and customer service experience to every Sagent customer. She has played an instrumental role in helping deliver Sagent’s successful launch of Dara, the first mortgage software platform to unify all data and user experiences for servicers and homeowners across the entire servicing lifecycle, while simultaneously maintaining and improving our current tech stack.
Since joining Sagent, Priya has been a hands-on-leader who immediately increased efficiencies to ensure we execute with excellence, which was critical to when launching Dara. Additionally, under Priya’s guidance, Sagent’s quality assurance and code delivery were redefined. For Sagent customers, these changes meant exceptional quality control and minimal post-production issues.
Priya’s motto is that nothing is too difficult. This means she is there anytime, anywhere, any day to assist customers or help her team solve difficult problems. And that’s because she truly believes that we are One Sagent, we are Team Sagent.

When she is not supporting her team or championing innovative ideas, Priya is working to improve the customer experience. She’s responsible for overseeing the ongoing innovation of Sagent’s platforms of today, including LoanServ, TEMPO and CARE. The ongoing performance and excellence of these platforms has been critical for Sagent customers who collectively service more than $2 trillion in outstanding mortgages.
Not only has Priya ensured that our tech stacks continue to deliver exceptional experiences, she also pushes for the enhancement of these products, guaranteeing that Sagent customers have what they need to continue to succeed. Priya’s ability to continuously advocate for Sagent customers, keep the homeowner experience at the forefront, and lead with integrity is what continues to fuel our mission and vision as we deliver the future of servicing.
