Sagent CEO Geno Paluso Recognized with HousingWire Vanguard Award While Delivering the Future of Servicing

Under Geno’s guidance, Sagent and CMG Financial – a top independent mortgage originator and servicer – announced a new 7-year partnership to power CMG’s servicing ecosystem with homeowner-first, enterprise-grade servicing technology, including LoanServ (system of record), CARE (homeowner experience), and DataScape (cloud-based data reporting and insights).

In addition to overseeing the release of rapid updates to our suite of current products – with advantages that range from reducing operational costs to prioritizing compliance using real-time data – Geno has also increased Sagent’s employee base by 12.5%. By hiring world-class mortgage veterans and fostering a culture of trust and contagious collaboration, Geno is fueling Sagent’s vision to fundamentally change the dynamics of America’s housing ecosystem to deliver positive homeowner outcomes.
