It’s full steam ahead at Sagent as we prepare to dive headfirst into Q3. But first, let’s check out our customers’ Q2 wins that allowed us to spearhead our cutting-edge technology in the servicing industry.
We kicked off Q2 with Dara | Claims going live for FHA and other claim types for our pilot customers. Dara | Claims – one of the six components of Dara – is our first-of-its-kind recoverability tool that utilizes automation and mortgage-specific large language models to determine a claim’s eligibility for recovery.
Also, in Q2, LoanServ (system of record) reached nearly 30 million payments for loans – totaling over $1T – and featured a wide range of enhancements, further proving the platform as the go-to tech for servicers who want to efficiently and easily manage performing and non-performing loans.
Quick Stats: Data tells a story – and our Q2 numbers are saying that we’re reaching new heights of customer optimization and performance.
None of this could be possible without our reliable staff who work relentlessly to push the boundaries of the servicing innovation ecosystem and consumer experience every day. This award season, several key Sagent individuals were recognized, including our CEO, Geno Paluso, who was awarded the prestigious American Hero Award from HireQuest Inc. and the 2024 Best of Finance from Inman, Darby Campbell, Head of Product Development, named as one of HousingWire’s 2024 Rising Stars, and Stefan Sowder, Director of Brand Marketing, honored as one of HousingWire’s 2024 Market Leader.

This May, we held our 3rd annual IGNITE Conference in Denver – our customer summit that hosts engaging discussions about how to leverage our various platforms and what the current servicing landscape means for our partners and clients. This year we themed the event around Camp, naming this conference Camp Ignite, and the offerings were sure not to disappoint. Our attendees – well, campers –collaborated to better understand the needs of the industry and how we can continue to spark the future of servicing together.
