Sagent’s Q1 2024 Rewind: Quarter in Review – Video  

If you’ve been following along, you know we love celebrating wins every quarter of the year — especially our customer wins and successes. And with a robust quarter behind us, there’s more to come from Team Sagent moving forward.  

Let’s dive into all the wins that came to fruition in 1Q24, while giving you a glimpse into 2Q24. 

The year started strong with the launch of Dara by Sagent, the first mortgage servicing platform to unify all data and user experiences for servicers and homeowners across the entire servicing lifecycle. Dara and its six root components – Core, Consumer, Default, Movement, Data, and AI – represent a bold and decisive step forward in the future of servicing. 

Sagent TEMPO also saw three new integrations at ServiceLink, SWBC, and Guardian Asset Management, and in March we announced a seven-year partnership with leading independent mortgage bank CMG Financial to support their vision of creating an industry-best customer retention rate within America’s $14 trillion servicing industry. Cheers to these new partnerships!  

Also in the first few months of 2024, we welcomed several pivotal additions to our executive team, including Geno Paluso (Chief Executive Officer) and Chris Marshall (Executive Chairman). Further exemplifying our support for standardizing the way we communicate within our industry, Matt Tully (Chief Compliance Officer) was elected to serve on the MISMO board. And last, but certainly not least, we’re beyond proud to see Women We Admire recognize Shelli Girard (Vice President, Software Development) as one of the Top 50 Women Leaders of Orlando. 

Sagent was a success story this awards season, as we were honored to be named a HousingWire Tech 100 company for the fourth-straight year and recognized as a BuiltIn Best Place to Work in 2024. Our people are what make Sagent so successful, and we take pride in fostering a culture in which our team members feel confident in pushing the bounds of servicing technology.  

And of course, our customers stayed productive, powered by various Sagent product suites at breakneck speed. LoanServ helped our servicers streamline to reduce manual work and risk in Q1, processing 16.8 million payment transactions and 2 million API transactions. LoanBoard seamlessly and quickly imported 3,337 loans, and Sagent CARE saw $3.43 billion in total one-time payments submitted and 1.18 million unique logins to the platform.  

CARE also sent out 4.1 million targeted messages to improve homeowner communication and transparency for a stellar digital experience. We can’t wait to see how our customers use Sagent products for the rest of 2024.  

As we hit the ground running in Q2, we are looking forward to Ignite in Denver, CO (hence this year’s Camp Ignite theme). Ignite is our annual customer summit where we spark our curiosity for servicing through a wide variety of informational sessions with our executive and managerial team. We hope to see you there from May 6-8!
