The end of the year is fast-approaching, and we’re on track to finish the year strong. Q3 was a whirlwind as we got into the swing of events season, and Team Sagent has been so busy driving towards the future of servicing.
Our customers are our North Star at Sagent, and Q3 was full of great opportunities to collaborate and nurture the partnerships that make Sagent what it is.
For example, we recently celebrated our inaugural Hands-on-Training (HOT) event in collaboration with MassHousing!
And our customers certainly kept busy these last few months. In Q3, 800,000 unique users logged into CARE, our consumer experience platform, each month — and CARE processed a whopping $1.1B in payments received from borrowers each month.
And of course, our jam-packed Q3 wouldn’t be possible without the people behind it all, our incredible team. Team Sagent never stops pushing forward for our customers, and we’re grateful that the industry is taking notice — several were recognized this quarter, including Greg Lane, Marianne Sullivan, and Regan Kelly. Thank you all so much for the work you do every day to further our vision.
