Sagent’s Inaugural Hands-On-Training Event Hosted by MassHousing — RECAP

We love any opportunity to connect with our customers in person and help them get the most value out of our products, so you can imagine how thrilled we were to celebrate a successful first Hands-On-Training (HOT) event hosted at our valuable partner MassHousing’s HQ in Boston.

Not only did our customers receive one-on-one attention from our training team, but they were also able to share best practices with each other as well. We even had two vendor partner organizations — a big thank you to Proctor and CoreLogic — who joined in for a few sessions which participants got a lot of benefit from.

• “I love the concept of not only getting additional training, but also having the opportunity to interact and listen to other peers in the industry.”

• “It was nice to put a face with a name – everyone was professional and super friendly. I enjoyed the HOT sessions and the time the presenters put into our questions and provided detailed information relating to questions we had and additional suggestions to them as well.”

• “Knowledge is power, and the mortgage environment is always changing. It was nice to have the Sagent team cover topics that I would have not thought to go back and review.”

As with any Sagent event, we always like to include a little fun to balance out all the great work (and this is where our work hard, but play harder mentality comes into the fold), and there was certainly no shortage of laughs. This time the group went to a custom improv comedy show at Improv Asylum which was a big hit. Improv Asylum went above and beyond for our attendees, from theme to industry-specific jargon, they put on an incredible custom show.

A huge, hearty thank you to MassHousing for hosting this gathering. It’s always a great time when we get to connect with our customers face-to-face and work together on innovating for the industry at large.
