Under his leadership this year, Sagent reached over $2T in outstanding mortgage balances on the platforms, a testament to the wider industry’s need for servicing operations excellence aligned with cost-control, optionality, and real-time policymaking. 
 

As a result of Sagent’s landmark deal with America’s largest servicer, Mr. Cooper, Uday led the full integration of over 120 fintech professionals which included launching our first non-US location in Chennai, IN.  

Uday ensures his new team members understand how a unified product and engineering organization can iterate and execute rapidly based on customer feedback, deep servicing expertise, and the introduction of new technologies. 

 
Dedicated to fintech innovation across the servicing space at large, Uday lends a key internal voice to the importance of industry-wide initiatives like the development of MISMO standards.  

A staunch advocate for Sagent’s participation in the development of improved data and delivery standards related to MSR transfers, Uday understands solutions to the most complex problems in servicing must stem directly from feedback from servicing customers themselves.
