If your country flag is showing, you have moved to our new enhanced online experience, this is all part of a global rollout, therefore, clients may not have all products available until all geographies are live. If your country flag is not showing, don’t worry, you still have access to our searchable knowledge base and all your cases, just select the “Clients in all other countries for Software Solutions Sign in here” by the blue globe.

Using our Online Case Management System gives you access to support right at your fingertips, enter your “How do I?” / “Troubleshooting” questions in our searchable knowledge base, open new Cases, check on existing Cases and even close Cases.

Simply go to pitneybowes.com/softwaresupport and either register to use the system for the first time or login if you have previously registered for our Online Case Management System. The login details are different to the G1 support site, so please ensure you use the Online Case Management System login details to access all your cases and our searchable knowledge base.
